Are you seeking heaven? You will find it at the very end of the picturesque beach of Otzias, 5km from the port of Kea. A unique bungalow, in an incredible location, right by the sea, only 33steps from your very own beach-rock! The access to the sea couldn't be any easier, you could actually fish from the porch. This private mini beach seems like a dream, as it is a luxury rarely found at budget prices, but it is all very real. The studio is completely private &autonomous offering gripping views.

An open outdoor dining space features a large table with a stone base, surrounded by white cushioned chairs. Natural shadows from the overhead structure create an interesting play of light. Scenic views of the horizon and sea can be seen through the spacious windows.

Authentic kea island house2

Πανέμορφο τζιωτικο μοντέρνο σπιτάκι με όμορφη θέα και ηλιοβασίλεμα, ήσυχο και άνετο με προσεγμένη διακόσμηση. Σίγουρα θα το απολαύσετε και θα περάσετε όμορφα στο νησάκι μας. Beautiful cycladic rural house with modern elements and decoration that respects the greek island architecture. House with a lot of light, nice views of the horizon, sunset and the sea, very quiet, ideal for a nice greek vacation. Also, very close to the islands main shop life and 12 minutes walking to the nearest beach.

A serene outdoor terrace features an infinity pool overlooking the Aegean Sea. Sunbeds line the pool's edge, inviting relaxation. A few chairs can be seen nearby, framed by coastal views and a clear blue sky.

The charming beach house in the area of Otzia.

The house is on the waterfront with easy access to the beach of Otzia. Guests just have to open the front gate, take a few steps and dive into the blue waters of Otzia. The house has a large kitchen area with a sofa, fireplace and a dining table for four. There is also a large bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom. The second bedroom is part of the original house with its curved stone ceiling and half a meter thick walls, 3 single beds and the original fireplace.

An open-plan living area is presented with exposed stone walls and polished concrete flooring. Large windows invite natural light, showcasing a cozy sitting area with two chairs and a minimalist sofa. A dining table accommodates six, with soft drapes providing separation from the sleeping area.

Villa Versailles is constructed of stone and comprises a functionally independent space which occupy an area of 77 m2 and further of 120 m2 of two terraces. The villa has huge private outdoor spaces in a land of 4 hectares (40,000m2), an amazing view over the sparkling blue Aegean sea, in a unique-quiet location, the greenest part of the island, dotted with rare old oak trees classified ''Natura 2000''. Sleeps 4 people. The wonderful beaches are only three km away.

A serene place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The property is split into two separate levels/villas. Guests have their fully private level, Agelos villa, complete with living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & toilet. They also have their own patio with sea view.
