Das "Sonnenhäusle" steht in Sasbachwalden absolut ruhig mitten in der Natur. 1936 von Karl Fritz, Vater des Bambipreises, gebaut. 2024 komplett saniert, neu eingerichtet und mit einer Panoramasauna und einer Balkonüberdachung erweitert. Das dazugehörende 10.000 m² große Wald- u. Wiesengrundstück liegt unmittelbar am „Nationalpark Schwarzwald“ - direkt an Mountainbike- u. Wanderrouten. In dieser erholsamen Höhenlage hat man einen weiten Ausblick auf das Lichtermeer der Rheinebene!

Direkter Zugang zu einem Wald und Schnapsbrunnen-Wanderweg (Oberkicher Brennersteig). Stadt in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Auto schnell und gut erreichbar (direkter Anschluss an die B28): Verschiedene Naturschutzgebiete, Wanderwege und Ausflugsziele im Schwarzwald, Europa Park und Straßburg.

Listen to the chirping of the birds and the chirping of the crickets and relax while watching our fallow deer. Diverse, varied hikes and mountain bike tours can be made directly from the farm or in the immediate vicinity. Premium and gourmet hiking trails invite you to tours in the region. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem für das Ort typisch gebauten Mehrfamilienhaus. Aus dem Panorama- Fenster des Wohnzimmers und von dem Balkon kann ein traumhafter Ausblick ins Teil bis zum nach Frankreich und zum Horizont genossen werden.
