Forest Yurt

Yurt in a private forest area. Walking distance to the cheese factory (ice cream, lunches, snacks), produce stands, and a park. Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. Built with logs. Well equipped for cooking. Heated with woodstove - firewood included. In the middle of the forest. A lot of trails to enjoy. No neighbours. The perfect spot to unwind.
