Stay with us in beautiful Deborah Bay on our 7 acres lifestyle block.We are 64 meters up on the hill, the view is very nice. Our sleepout is a small but new, warm, well insulated 1 bedroom unit. We have the biggest, most comfortable bed ever. We offer a super king size mattress with freshly washed linen, dried by the southern wind. No kitchen, only a microwave, toaster and a fridge. Great quality bikes are available for rent. Only 18mins from Dunedin and 3 mins from caffees and shops.

Less than a kilometer away from the cottage is the start of a track through native bush to the top of Mount Cargill with panoramic views of the Otago Harbour. Stay at 'Seven' a cute retro apartment in my cottage garden. Upstairs there's a romantic loft style bedroom and small sitting area with views of the harbour. French doors lead you to your private floriferous roof garden. Downstairs provides kitchen and bathroom. Access between upstairs and downstairs is via the deck and outdoor stairs, so not suitable for those with mobility issues. If you enjoy colour, comfort and quirky surrounds stay here.
