The loft-like ecological wooden construction makes the apartment unique. Heating is provided by a wood-burning stove. There is also underfloor heating in the bathroom and adjoining room. In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

Our cozy, light-flooded and modern apartment is located in the countryside exactly between Bamberg and Coburg - two very worthwhile cities in Franconia. Our farm is a real oasis of well-being surrounded by forest and extensive fields. Some lakes are also within walking distance. We have great hiking trails and bike tours in the Hassbergen. An absolute place to arrive and feel good and an ideal starting point for day trips, for example to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Bamberg.

Spend relaxing days in a typical Franconian village. Our property is located directly on the outskirts in a quiet but by no means secluded location and is a great starting point for many activities. Ideal for dog owners as we are directly adjacent to fields and meadows. A bakery, butcher and supermarket are almost around the corner and in the village there are inns with good home cooking and home-brewed beer. The Main and quarry lakes in the vicinity provide cooling on hot days.

Experience the sights and places in the surrounding area such as the old town of Bamberg (World Heritage Site), the widely visible Staffelberg, the architectural monuments Vierzehnheiligen and Banz Monastery and last but not least  the Obermaintherme in Bad Staffelstein, Bavaria's warmest and strongest thermal brine. Our spacious vacation home is located in a quiet residential area with stunning views of the countryside. 🧖🏽‍♀️A hot tub and sauna are available for your very own wellness break (€50/day each, use until 10:00 pm in accordance with statutory rest periods). 🔥Fancy a cozy BBQ? Our gas grill is at your disposal for only €10. 🏠By arrangement, the accommodation is also suitable for up to 6 people. We look forward to your inquiry!

Relax and Play Rödental

Our cozy apartment is ideal for couples or small families and can accommodate up to 10 sleeping guests. (6 of them in a 2nd apartment on the upper floor from the 5th guest) For social evenings with friends, colleagues or family, there is a pool table, a music system and a cozy bar. The 39-degree warm hot tub is available all year round and is included. The use of the barrel sauna can be booked. Unfortunately, the hot tub in the SZ is not working.
