Huset ligger for sig selv ved stranden, og her er idyl, fred og ro. Sommerhuset er placeret midt i naturen, og man vil vågne op til bølgeskvulp og dyrelivet helt tæt på. Huset er i sig selv enkelt indrettet, men tilgodeser alle dagligdags behov. Min bolig er god til par og velegnet til natur og kulturturisten.

Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

The house is newly renovated with access to its own terrace and has the most beautiful view over a very special landscape. On starry nights, you can experience the starry sky from the bed through the studio windows in the roof. During the day, you can enjoy the special light that the location close to the sea and fjord casts over the landscape. On the ridge behind the house, there is the finest view of the Limfjord and the countryside behind. It is not far to the fjord, where there are good swimming conditions and the trip there is really beautiful.

Spacious cottage with flat lawn in the garden with trampoline and ideal for various outdoor games and ball games. The cottage has 3 bedrooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed measuring 160x200cm and the last room has 2 single beds. There is a guest toilet as well as a large bathroom with a hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped with all general kitchenware. In the living room there is smart TV, CD player and various games that are free to use. There is a large sofa that invites you to relax as well as a wood-burning stove.

A serene outdoor area is visible, featuring a stone pathway winding through gardens with a variety of plants and shrubs. A tranquil pond is included, with a backdrop of expansive green fields under a partly cloudy sky.

Annex with lovely view of the field. Here in lovely Himmerland, it is not far to Aalborg and Viborg. We are very close to one of the country's finest golf courses at Gatten Golf Center. But there are also opportunities for fine golf experiences in Lynderup, Hvalpsund and Volstrup. Anglers also have good opportunities in our area, where Lerkenfelt Å is in the backyard and Simested Å is only a few kilometers from here. Our banquet hall/apartment can accommodate a party of 40 people or a family of up to 5/3 beds

Here you will find nature, peace and plenty of cosiness in authentic surroundings. The house is the original cottage built around 1930, while we live in a newer house on the property. The house deserves to be lived in and cared for, and you – our guests, contribute to that. We also appreciate offering our guests a different type of holiday and on a budget.
