Simple cabin with electricity

Simple cabin, 1.5 hours drive from Oslo. Electricity and cold summer water, not drinking water. Nice hiking opportunities for hiking, snowshoeing, biking and skiing, 200 m to the ski slope, 25 min to Hurdal alpine center. The cabin has one small bedroom with 1.60 bed. Low loft with 1.50 mattress. Sofa bed for two. Combustion toilet and possibly an outdoor shower with Biltema shower. Located right at the water's edge so the possibility of cooling. Small jetty for sunbathing and rowing. Kitchen with fridge/freezer and gas stove. A total of 40 km2, plus outdoor living room.

Here you can enjoy quiet days along the beachfront, on the rooftop terrace, on the golf course, or stroll into the city if you like. Unique view of Mjøsa with entrance to the terrace from the bedroom and living room/kitchen 1 master bedroom with 180 double bed and 2 regular bedrooms. It is also possible with mattress on the floor of the bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms, one with bathtub. Washing machine. 100 meters to the beach. One duvet and pillow for each guest. Bed sheets and towels are brought or rented for a small amount during your stay.

The stabbur belongs to the small farm Kollbekk. Large green areas and dog yard with house will be available to the guests. The location is in the vicinity of Mjøsa about a 1 hour drive from Gardermoen, the airport bus stops 200 meters from us. Within 15 minutes there is Totenåsen with abundant hiking opportunities winter such as summer, Norsk Hestesenter Starum, Gjøvik and Toten golf club Sillong, Gjøvik city with mountain hall and wheel steamer Skibladner. An hour's drive to the Mjøsbyene Lillehammer and Hamar.

Drengstua at Båkinn farm

We have renovated the old boy living room on the farm, and rent it out for short and longer stays. Pilgrims receive an extra discount, contact directly by SMS 97786500. The place is best suited for 2 adults, or a family with 2 smaller children. The home is located in the courtyard, but still shielded. It is a short walking distance to Mjøsa, you walk down in 5 minutes. You can swim there. The pilgrim's path goes right past the yard, and there are many other nice hiking opportunities by bike and on foot.

The house is charming and cozy and located right next to Mjøsa. Here you can wake up listening to the waves from the lake and see beautiful sunsets at the evening. Mjøsa is Norway's larges lake with great fishing. The house have a 120 meter private shore with a beach in the end. Perfect for kids (see picture for equipment). The cabin has fantastic views, surrounded by woods and beautiful nature. This simple, rustic and stylish cabin is great for couples, families, backpackers, people who are looking for a city break and want to experience Norwegian nature. A great place for a holiday, skiing in the winter, and also a quiet and peaceful place to work from, with fast WiFi. The cabin is overlooking the largest lake in Norway, in the village of Feiring. Approx. 60 minutes by car from Oslo, and 35 min from Oslo Airport

Villa Leonore: Cottage with beachfront on Helgøya

For those who really want to experience the best Helgøya has to offer. Villa Leonore is a summer house built for Tram Director Dybwad's wife Leonore in 1915. A cozy garden leads down to its own beach at Mjøsa. Lovely perennial bed and a private kitchen garden to prepare in. You can relax on the porch with a good book, and cook delicious local and organic food, with the farm and area's own products. There are great hiking opportunities at Helgøya, for walking, running and biking.

1940s house in the middle of Toten

Authentic 1947 home. Worn, but spacious, bright and functional. Kitchen, bathroom/WC/laundry room plus two rooms separated by a sliding door downstairs. Two rooms upstairs. Renovation needed, but the bathroom and kitchen appliances are fairly new. It is possible to have 4 separate bedrooms. The kitchen dining table seats 6 persons comfortably. Firewood is free of charge. Next door is a nice convenience store!
