Goditi una vacanza meravigliosa nel cuore del centro storico di Fiumicino; a 150 metri dall’appartamento raggiungerai via della Torre Clementina (via cult del litorale); qui troverai i migliori ristoranti di pesce, enoteche e pizzerie; sono presenti inoltre bar, negozi di alimentari, tabacchi e farmacie. La casa si trova a 1 minuto a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus (Cotral) per l'aeroporto di Fiumicino e la Stazione Ferroviaria. Pochi minuti a piedi per le spiagge attrezzate durante l'estate.

Seafront little House

Lovely studio flat front of the sea with; whashing machine, conditioned air, a kitchen and a bathroom, only a double bed therfore the house is for a max of 2 people. The house is really comfortable for many reasons; private access, the opportunity to use part of the garden to have breakfast/lunch but i suppose that the huge advantage is THE POSITION: 10 meters from the beach, 5 min from the turistic hairbour 20 min to the airport, 50 min from Colosseum, well connected with public transport.

A well-appointed bedroom features a spacious bed topped with fresh linens. A colorful wall art piece adds visual interest. Natural light floods the room through a door leading to a small balcony, while a mirror and dresser provide functional storage.

Deliziosa casa accogliente con meraviglioso spazio esterno sfruttabile in tutte le stagioni grazie alla veranda bioclimatica annessa. Situato in zona estremamente tranquilla vicino all'aeroporto di Roma Fiumicino, molto vicino alla spiaggia e al centro della citta. Ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di lavoro o di passeggiata turistica per le vie della vicina Roma. L'abitazione si trova in zona tranquilla e riservata, nel raggio di un km si trovano supermercati, bar e ristoranti.

Located in a strategic position halfway between the sea and the center of Rome, 20 min drive from FCO Airport, a short distance you will have buses 063, 04/ and 04 which lead in a few minutes to Acilia Station (Rome-Lido Train). There are also facilities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and shops. Also great for resting!
