Cozy cottage of 60 m2 by Hals. Short walking distance to beach and Hals town. Bordering into free area (forest) and very close to lovely golf course. There are great hiking trails along the water. The house is sunny and has a large garden. There is a gas grill, garden furniture, bicycles, sandbox, swing stand and various toys and games available. The cottage contains a bright kitchen/living room with dining area. There is a wood-burning stove (including firewood) and TV with Cromecast. There is fiber broadband and Wi-Fi in the house.

Beautiful house that was renovated in 2023. The house is bright and has plenty of space for the whole family, but is also ideal for a romantic weekend. There are many wonderful amenities such as a wilderness bath, gas grill, garden games and activity table. The cottage has a lovely terrace as well as a lounge area. Indenfor findes stor sofa, køkken, moderniseret badeværelse med bruser. En dejlig have der indbyder til sjov og leg, og kun 1000 meter til stranden på de varme dage. Minigolf, vandland og put & take fiskesø ved Lagunen kun 600 meter væk. Legeplads 150 meter fra huset. Sommerhuset er inkl. sengelinned og håndklæder.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home between sea and forest. The summerhouse is our getaway place when life goes strong, and we need to get into gear by cultivating the simple life with the most beautiful nature surrounding our cozy house. Here is space for cozy pursuits, food over bonfires, gathering by the forest and beach, swimming in the sea at the mouth of the fjord and hiking. Here we all love to be and find peace together and separately.

Small cozy summerhouse . Is undergoing renovation . New floors, new kitchen and bathroom. New annex with double bed. Quiet area 5 min Walking from the beach. 15 min. Walking from the city. Unfortunately, we DO NOT rent to groups of young people. We recommend you are not more than 4 adults in the house for everyone to have a good experience. There is a bedroom with a double bed. Annex with a double bed.
