It is about 25 km to Aarhus and about 20 km to Ebeltoft. The house has 3 bedrooms. There is a kitchen and living room with a wood-burning stove. There are two terraces with sun and good shelter. Little old primitive house from year 1947. The house has a fireplace as the main heating source. So in the cold season please only book this place if you know how to use a fireplace as it's very cold with no fire. The house is located in a small village called Dokkedal right next to a huge nature area and the east coast. You'll have your own entrence into this beautiful nature area a few meters from the main door. Pets are allowed and the house is an old one so it's not allergy friendly.

Nice cottage by the sea - Fantastic nature

Cleaning included! Cozy cottage for 6-8 pers. 400 m. from the sea in a nice natural area with lots of animals. Close to Djurs Sommerland, Randers and Århus. Large and nice fenced garden with fireplace and 2 terraces. Firewood for the campfire can be bought. One terrace is to the south and the other is a nice morning terrace with morning sun and lots of shelter. Indoors there are activity room with airhockey and table football. Wii, Xbox and Appletv is also there.
