In this beautiful and charming villa, situated in the panoramic mountainside of Bavaria, you have an array of options to hike, ski and relax. The house has the perfect size for sharing amazing moments for your whole family. It is close to one of the most famous lakes of Bavaria called Staffelsee, half hour away from the tallest mountain in Germany called Zugspitze and only 45 minutes away from Munich. I am sure this is the perfect house to have an amazing holiday full of adventures.

Beautiful, cozy tiled stove. Zip line. Lake is close by. It is a paradise for the young and old. Free charging station for electric cars. Also a modern gas grill with gas. The jogging route around the lake is fantastic and is about 11 km.
