Estamos en el corazón de Les Guilleries, a 950 m altitud en un " Espai Natural protegit". Es un lugar ideal para descansar y hacer actividades. Es una masía restaurada, con espacios acogedores, actualizados y un aire rústico. El entorno permite aislarte del mundo, (9 km de pista forestal en buen estado). El núcleo urbano más cercano esta a 18 km, pero también esta cerca de lugares interesantes de visitar (históricos, culturales, gastronómicos..). El prado es una extensión del apartamento.

This building is part of an old Catalan farmhouse dating back to the early 15th century. It has been renovated in several phases, the last one in 2018. Taking advantage of the perimeter of the main house, the renovation has resulted in an apartment attached to a swimming pool and an attached two-story house. The house and garden complex, plus the surrounding forest, could be defined as a combination of medieval civil architecture, updated with modern materials and design details.

La Quintana del Grau

House located 3 km from Vic, in a rural setting, surrounded by fields, with views of the city of Vic and its surroundings. Each window is a natural scene that changes with the season. Fully fenced pool. Interior spiral staircase with safety barrier for the safety of children! The tourist tax, which is €1 per person per night, will be charged as an additional fee. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

LA GUÀRDIA is an agricultural and forestry estate of 70 Ha, 45 km from Barcelona and 50 km from Girona. Close to the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park and the Montseny Biosphere Reserve. A time for disconnection, where everything is designed to have a certain idea of an ideal vacation: enjoy a space surrounded by fields, oak forests and dirt roads for walking.
