A holiday cottage at the top of a bay on the Eagle Dam near the village of Nevězice. Ideal for fishing, hiking, mushroom picking, and relaxing in the quiet countryside. The kitchen, dining room and living room are connected; a French window leads to the garden from this space. The attic is accessed via the miller's stairs. In the attic, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 and 4 beds. The village is located on the river Lužnica (possibility of fishing), and there are the ruins of a castle and a Gothic church, near the town of Bechyně.

At the cottage there is a beautiful peace connected to nature. There is a beautiful view of the river from the terrace. You can spice up your pleasant moments with a barbecue. The surroundings encourage you to take a walk in the forest, pick mushrooms or visit a monument I can arrange fishing permits for fishermen. For children, there is a sandpit, a swing, toys and a large space for running. Easy heating system.
