The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).

A wooden swing set is positioned in the lush garden, framed by vibrant greenery and the rustic house in the background, which is partially covered in climbing plants, reflecting the charm of the countryside setting.

From the village, you can enjoy a stunning view on the valley of Calanchi and the amazing Civita di Bagnoregio. Only 15 minutes car to reach Bolsena lake and Orvieto.
