The small house of the dunes is located at the foot of the immense beaches of Barneville-Carteret, opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey…) Close to the village and its shops. (5-minute drive - 15-minute walk). The accommodation is located in a quiet and pedestrian hamlet with 4 tennis courts (private) and a petanque court. The beach is very close to the house (10-minute walk). The small house of the dunes is classified as furnished tourist accommodation (3 stars).

You will stay in a comfortable cottage with an indoor pool heated to 30° all year round, sauna and treadmill, all in a beautiful 100 m2 room. Bed linen, bath towels and adult bathrobes are provided. Ideal for a relaxing or sporting holiday, possibility of tourist discoveries (15 minutes from Mt St Michel, 20 minutes from Granville, 20 minutes from St Malo, Cancale etc.) Discover the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, the Chausey Islands and its salt meadows sheep.

Ideal for families, the cottage can accommodate 4 people.   On the ground floor: fitted kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, wood-burning stove. Upstairs: TV, bathroom (shower, sink, towel dryer, toilet).  Electric heating included Sleeping arrangements: one bedroom (one 140 X 190 bed and 1 pull-out bed for 2 people. Linens and towels not provided The end-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by you.

Cozy interior and stylish decor! Enclosed garden of 1200 m² and parking for 3 cars. Very quiet and relaxing environment.

My little house is only a few km from the beaches, 1 hour from Mont Saint Michel, the location is ideal for discovering Cotentin. It is located in the small peaceful town of Orval, it is a small townhouse. I have completely renovated it, it is ideal for a couple only. You will find all the amenities to feel at home. Unfortunately, she can't accommodate animals.
