Mountain cabin with sauna

A modern and cozy cottage with room for the whole family. In the heart of the cabin is the dining area with plenty of space for 10 people where the evenings can be enjoyed with good food and drinks together with good friends. There is also a sauna in the cabin that can be enjoyed after a long mountain hike in the nearby area. In the summer season it is wonderful to swim in some of the pools that are in the river that flows in the terrain above the cabin. There is also an adapted swimming area in Lillevannet which is close by. Fishing is also possible in Nysætervannet.

Urke in Hjørundfjorden - cabin at the edge of the sea

Urke is a small village and has everything you need; great nature, hiking and swimming opportunities, shop with post and pharmacy, horticulture and own pub/cafe. The nature in the area is amazing. The Sunnmørsalpane encircles the village with majestic Slogen and Saksa which have become really popular after Sherpas from Nepal have made steps up through the ura. In the last few years, Urkeegga has also become a popular hiking destination. The mountains here are equally popular for skiing tourists during the winter as for mountain hikes in the summer.

Cozy place to stay in the middle of the Sunnmøre Alps

Nice farmhouse with a fantastic location by Sunnmørsalpene, a stone's throw from the fjord. The farm has views to mountains on all sides, as well as right out in the Hjørundfjord. The house has several social zones and plenty of storage space. Well-equipped kitchen, fireplace and several cozy outdoor areas. From the farm you have many great hiking opportunities all year round, both straight from the house on foot or by car. Opportunities to rent a boat and experience the fjord up close, maybe you will meet orcas. Possible to rent a sauna.

Cabin on Fjellsetra, Sykkylven

Spacious cabin with a great view, with hiking terrain right outside the door. The cabin is located near the ski resort (ski-in/ski-out) and nice groomed cross country ski tracks and light rail are just nearby. The area otherwise has great hiking opportunities on foot. Fjellsetra is a good starting point for many nice hikes in both summer and winter. It is also a good starting point for a day trip to Geiranger and Ålesund. In the summer you can also fish in Nysætervatnet (must buy fishing license).
