Lovely country house surrounded by vineyards

Semi-detached part of an ancient farmhouse with separate entrance, recently refurbished and fully equipped. No neighbouring houses. Two floors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, each with walk-in rain shower, large living area, cozy dining corner, complete kitchen. Splendid view over the vineyards of Langhe-Roero, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with no overtourism. Close to Alba, Barolo and everything else you may visit while being in the area, including fine restaurants and famous wine producers.

The house is located in the historic center of Cosio. Given the small population, you can enjoy a relaxing stay away from the chaos of the city. The location is strategic nestled in the mountains but only a half-hour drive from the Ligurian coast. There are multiple trails, green areas for animals, playgrounds, but also great restaurants and bars where you can enjoy tasty typical dishes. There is also an ATM in the village. Not simply two-room apartment where they sleep standing up but a real house with a terrace with stunning views combined with all the comfort, free wi-fi, private park, air conditioned, full equipped kitchen and bbq. A stone's throw from the sea . Possibility on request for booking at the Playa de Luna Beach facility within the Bergeggi marine reserve. This 17th century stone townhouse is in the heart of Ormea - a village on the Ligurian Alps and setting of the movie "Call me Levi" - is ideal for digital nomads, outdoor sport lovers, families. River a short walk away. Beach, French Riviera and wine country are easy day trips. Yet you can stay here without a car and have everything at reach: restaurants, food shopping, bars, hikes; even a little cinema. We have renovated it with lots of love and some of our favorite antique pieces!

6 camere con bagno privato in stanza, salone ed una grande cucina vi attendono per regalarvi la possibilità di vivere giornate indimenticabili. A due passi dalle Langhe-Patrimonio dell'Unesco vi attendono cibo e vini superlativi. Piste da sci vicinissime! Nella bella stagione, sentieri per camminate nel verde o gite in mountain bike partono proprio sotto casa. Once upon a time, in a small village surrounded by peace and olive trees, there was a stone house. On the ground floor, a manger, on the first floor a barn and also a drying room. Three hundred years have passed and the house is still there. On the ground floor, a kitchen and bathroom.
