Grocery store a short walk away. Lovely views and opportunities for nearby hikes. Small counter with kettle, fridge, microwave and dining area. Modern and spacious cabin of about 140 sqm idyllically located close to the beach edge on Selbusjøen, just half an hours drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for larger children. In addition, there is a basement living room with double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV in all floors, PS5 in the basement.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Fine turmuligheter til Fossfjellet, Kneppfjellet, Omnfjellet og Ruten. Hytta har 2 soverom og en dobbeltseng på hems, TV og WIFI. Robåt kan lånes hvis ønskelig. Ca. 100 kvm veranda/plattinger omkranser eiendommen. Rikelig med utemøbler og puter. Et anneks med stue, soverom, bad og badstue kan leies i tillegg.
