The cottage is composed of a house at the foot of a mill that combines the charm of the old with modern decor and amenities. Location: 25 min from Nantes, 50 min from Angers, 40 min from Cholet, 55 min from Puy du Fou and 1 hour from the Atlantic Coast The cottage is ideally located a few km from the banks of the Loire and the towns of Champtoceaux and Liré. You can visit the nearby Natural'Par animal park, the Boissière du Doré zoo or the pottery village in Fuilet.

Close to the city center with all shops; bakery, butcher, restaurant, grocery store, mall. For 2 guests, double bed and possibility for another person( sofa bed), an extra charge will be requested). Cosy apartment for 2 travelers near Nantes, in the vineyard.

(bike, walk). Boat and canoe rental, equestrian center and Loire cruises nearby. 15-minute drive to the Ile d'Or golf course. 20 minutes by train to Nantes.

The Outbuilding

We will welcome you with great pleasure in our old 22 m2 winepress renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have a fully-equipped kitchen area, a foldaway bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped space of 2400m2 close to the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, open swimming pool in July and August in the center of town).

Mini house and its Mill late 19th century

We only provide the comfortable 28 m2 single-story mini-house. The kitchen is fully equipped (except washing machine) and contemporary. Linens and towels are provided. Sony flat screen TV + HDMIi socket for console/DVD/computer/USB Wi-Fi - Orange 4G Key Black fabric wardrobe + hangers. We only share free parking.

House on the Loire

248 Riverside is the former Rabotière café that was completely renovated by an architect and decorator in 2020. Ideally located 5 km from Ancenis, the house has exceptional views of the Loire with two beautiful terraces on stilts. One side faces the Loire and the other faces the garden. ​
