Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Beautiful apartment + free parking on site

Enjoy Home away from home, clean and comfortable. Ičići and Ika beaches are 10 minutes away on foot, as well as shops and restaurants, return uphill - View! Supermarkets are 5 minutes away by car, as well as the Peharovo beach (free parking) and many other beaches. The apartment is a great base for visiting the Opatija Riviera on foot by the sea - Lungomare. Rovinj, Porec, Pula, Motovun, islands of Krk (bridge), Cres, Rab, Lošinj, national parks. Ucka Nature Park has walking trails near the apartment. Please refer to our Guidebook.

Apartman T&T with sauna

Apartman se nalazi u obiteljskoj kući u prizemlju. Pored ovoga apartmana u istoj obiteljskoj kući se nudi još jedan veći app na prvom katu. Kuća je udaljena 3 kilometra od mora autom (cestom), postoji i pješački put koji je od mora udaljen 1 kilometar (stepenice) koji je u smjeru mora nizbrdo ali pri povratku ipak treba biti u kondiciji. Apartman T&T je kompletno stilski novo uređen u proljeće 2019. Sastoji se od jedne spavaće sobe, kuhinje i dnevnog boravka (openspace) te kupaonice sa saunom.

Apartman se nalazi na Kantridi u blizini poznatog nogometnog stadiona, na pola puta između centra Rijeke i Opatije, u blizini restorana, kafića, pekare, trgovačkog centara Iz apartmana se pruža predivan pogled na cijeli riječki zaljev i otoke. Plaže su udaljene 5 minuta hoda. Studio apartman (25 m2) je novo uređen i sastoji se od: sobe, kuhinje i kupaonice. U apartmanu postoji mogućnost korištenja perilice suđa i perilice rublja. Opremljen je klima uređajem, te brzim internetom, TV-om....

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Light-flooded apartment (loft) in a villa with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains beyond. 65 m2 apartment with a roof terrace that offers a 250 degree view. 300 meters as the birds flies and 5 minutes on foot via a staircase to the sea. Very quiet residential area. Free parking space. The forest with paths for walking and hiking are just behind the house. Healthy living because ecological building materials were used. The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
