Apartman se nalazi oko 50 metara od kožinskog mora koje je u samom vrhu po čistoći. Apartman ima svoju terasu,a na raspolaganju je krovna terasa na vrhu kuće s predivnim pogledom na more i zalazak sunca. Prekrasno je na njoj popiti i jutarnju kavu, kao i sunčati se na ležaljki. U sklopu kuće na dostupnosti je i grill s kojim se gosti slobodno mogu služiti. Mjesto je jako mirno i savršeno za jutarnje uživanje uz kavu,a i za ugodno spavanje i totalni odmor. Fantastičan položaj 200 m od trajektnog pristaništa, omogućuje gostima lako snalaženje i brz dolazak do samog objekta. Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. Kuća za odmor Mala u Preku na otoku Ugljanu pravo je mjesto za bijeg od gradske gužve i užurbanosti. Tu se zaboravljaju problemi, duboko diše, čisto misli i odmara. Kuća je spoj starog i novog, staru smo kuću preuredili, ali ostao je trag prošlosti. Ima dvije terase, koje se koriste kako sunce obasjava dvorište. Jutarnja, zapadna je ona na kojoj se pije kava, a popodnevna sjeverna je za objedovanje. Navečer se možete opustiti uz čašu dobrog vina ili koktela na jednoj od njih.

Small stone summer house with private entrance, 10m from the sea, no need for air condition. There are two levels, the bedroom is on the upper floor. Downstairs is a kitchen and a bathroom, and a small front yard with the dining table where the guests usually have their meals. Within walking range (500m) from the village center where one can find everything one could need when on vacation (supermarket, restaurants and cafe bars, doctor, sand beach, cultural events, etc...)

A family house with two apartments for rent on the ground floor. Located in the favorite turist location in Zadar - Diklo, with the pine forest up above the house and the beach just 70 meters from the house. Plenty of parking space, with very little traffic. Beautiful beach extents through the entire suburbs and you can choose the type which suites you - rocks, pebbles, sand... The entire suburb is family friendly so it is ideal for families with children.
