Ferry rides from Zadar to Preko-20min. 300m to the first beaches, grocery shop and restaurants. In the area of our house there are a lot of places to relax, to make grill...Guests can use the POOL (shared), a billard table, table tennis, sandboxes.. .Pool is opened from 5.5.-10.11. Our free parking is under the house!

The house is situated on Borik (Puntamika) - touristic part of Zadar, with all belonging contents. Hotels with tennis and volley on the sand courts , possibility for rent-a-car or bike. There are three beaches close by that you can go to. They are cca 150 - 250m from the house. One of them is sand beach and the other two with tiny stones - easy to walk in the sea. Each of them has the place where you can sit and enjoy food and drinks.

My place is good for couples and solo adventurers, and couples with children.On the island of Ugljan near Zadar, there is a fishing and tourist place called Kali.A place of the primeval Croatianhood, it is known for everything Mediterranean,from the sea, fish, boats and nets, to beautiful coves and waves.

( Summer kitchen is shared with another apartment ) On the beach, we place our sunbathing chairs and parasols so you can enjoy the sea and sun. In front of the house is the berth for the small boat or jet-ski ( up to 6m ).
