Pakoštane su malo dalmatinsko mjesto jedinstvenog položaja, smješteno u samom središtu jadranske obale, između mora i Vranskog jezera. Kućica se nalazi u borovoj šumi, tik uz more. Od plaže je udaljena svega jednu minutu šetnje (50 m), a od centra Pakoštana oko 5 minuta hoda.
