This monumental building is located in the oldest shopping street in the Netherlands, and through the wooden skeleton you will taste the authentic atmosphere. There is a traffic-free zone at the door, so there is no inconvenience from passing traffic. Everything you need can be found literally in the street: shops, restaurants, supermarket (opposite the apartment), good atmosphere, cozy people, entertainment and public transportation. Nicely decorated ground floor studio in one of the most beautiful and centrally located places of Nijmegen-East. You walk to the city center in 10 minutes. In the immediate vicinity you will find several nice restaurants. The fascinating hilly landscape in which Berg and Dal and Groesbeek are hidden, are easy to reach by foot or by bike as well as the sandy beaches of the river Waal where you can swim. The studio is accessible for disabled people with a wheelchair.

The studio is located in a nice old house, with steep stairs. part of a protected cityscape of Nijmegen. It's very cosy and has a comfortable bed.
