My place is good for couples, solo/business travelers and couples with children. (This unit is upstairs and requires the use of stairs) We are 3.5 mi from Albert Ellis airport an 15/20 min to area military bases NO PETS/SERVICE ANIMALS PLEASE DUE TO SEVERE ALLERGIES AND LIVESTOCK ON THE FARM

New Bern, Swansboro, Topsail beach or Emerald Isle beaches about a 30 minute drive.. Quiet street with parking.

Centrally located to Camp Lejeune, MCAS, restaurants, shopping and beaches - 25 miles either north or south of Jacksonville. Whether your trip is for business or pleasure, make sure to keep an eye out for the gator in the backyard creek. Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins. And finally enjoy a cup of coffee relaxing on the covered porch.

This 950-square-foot retreat offers tranquility in a secluded setting while still being close to Western Blvd. Nearby amenities include restaurants, grocery stores, a movie theater, mall, and Walmart, making it an ideal spot for those visiting cities surrounding onslow county.

Making Waves

This completely remolded home was built in the early 1950’s. My husband remolded the home in 2012. It is very homey and has been decorated with beach decor from one end to the other. The kitchen has everything you would need from electric skillet to a crockpot. It has foils,baggies, salt, pepper, oil, coffee and filters. It also has a laundry room. So much charm and very inviting. We are centrally located in Jacksonville. Close to all military bases and the beaches.

Come and enjoy country living on the water. The sun rise over the water in the morning is a delight as well as the colorful night skies. A private screened in porch is set up for you to relax and take in the sites. The property is next door to a public boat ramp and dry stack marina. The property sits in the old part of Sneads Ferry. Camp Lejeune South gate is 1.8 miles, MARSOC 4.3 miles and Stone Bay gate is 6.2 miles away. Beach is 8.3 miles away.

Tinyville: The Lemon Tree (dogs ok, no cats)

Adventure awaits you in this rustic getaway. The “Lemon Tree” is located inside Tinyville, and boasts a tiny essential living experience amongst nature and wildlife. Drive right up to your tiny home and park outside it for a very convenient stay. This tiny home has a coffee machine and an outdoor grill, we do not offer an inside cooking area right now but we do have a sink and counter space to prepare your food for the grill.

Check out the water views of Wilson Bay/New River! This townhome, fully remodeled in 2021, is 15 minutes from Camp Lejeune and 30 from beaches like North Topsail and Surf City. The second floor features a living room, dining area, kitchen, half bath, and a deck with bay views. The third floor has two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath; one bedroom has a deck overlooking the bay. Nearby are parks and a boat ramp.

Our place is just minutes from the beach by car and steps from community tennis courts, fitness center, and the Sea Turtle Hospital. We are about 30 minutes from Jacksonville and Wilmington. Two beach chairs are available for your use. Topsail Island is beautiful year round and offers great opportunities for recreation and relaxation!
