Quiet location in the middle of Schwabing West with good connections (subway, bus and tram). From here you can reach the city center, the English garden or the Isar in less than 30 minutes. You can walk to concerts at the Olympic Hall or the Olympic Stadium in minutes or take a nice walk in the park with fantastic views from the Olympiaberg. Cozy 32m² studio on the 7th floor near Olympia Park and BMW Welt & Museum with a west-facing balcony and beautiful sunset views. Includes a kitchen, bathroom, balcony, and a large window for natural light. This is my personal home, so my belongings will remain, but you're welcome to make yourself comfortable and use everything. I'm a frequent Airbnb guest and excited to now host.
