Apartment on the 1st floor of a home, 45 sqm with 1 bedroom. Free parking and possibilities for charging (by agreement). Quiet and peaceful area with walking distance to bus, mountains and beach. 10 min drive to the city center. The apartment has washing machine, hair dryer, shower, toilet, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, hob and kettle. Queen size bed in bedroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed (queen size turned out) and TV. We live on the 2nd floor ourselves, the apartment is soundproofed, but you can hear that there are people living above.

In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the general public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the tranquility. There are also great hiking trails close by.
