Walking distance to the village Ollioules where all the necessities are like bakery, supermarket, cafés and restaurants. Completeley new swimmingpool, visible from the terrace, with a spacious tile deck and outdoor shower. Direct access to the house without fence. Also adapted for homeoffice with ultra high speed Internet. 10 min. drive to the beach, 20 min by bike.
