You live in a newly produced house of 36 sqm with room for 2-4 people and your own private, furnished patio. Coffee, tea and muesli/flakes are included. During the high season May-September, only reservations for a minimum of 2 people are accepted.

The kitchen is spacious and equipped with the most basic kitchen appliances for simple cooking, dishwasher & microwave. Kitchen table & four chairs. Bedroom: Double bed 180 cm, chair, desk, two stools, wardrobes, floor mirror, chest of drawers. Living room: Sofa, table, armchair, cabinet, TV bench, TV. Bed 140 cm. Small hall with hooks. Toilet & shower and bathroom cabinet. Hair dryer. Air mattress is available as an extra bed, filled via electrical outlet.

Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Fantastic 1-Bedroom Guest House with Loft

Stylish, modern, purpose built guest house. Its based in the western end of Gothenburg in Långedrag, a very nice residential area. It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Our little guesthouse is cosy and quite, in the end of the "street". It is simple, estetic and easy to like. The veranda gives you possibility to look at the boat passing by to Denmark and Gothenburg. If you like to get inspirated och to take long walks, this is a perfect place for You.
