BETWEEN LAND & SEA: new accommodation, close to the sea (walking distance to the beach, 700 m) in a rural environment, surrounded by vineyards and woods on 8 hectares (house adjoining ours, but not overlooked), quiet and relaxation assured! Our accommodation (40 m2) is perfect for a couple or couple with young child (2 years max). It consists of a bedroom and a living room with fitted kitchen, washing machine, sofa, enclosed terrace, not overlooked. I provide linens and towels.

Small house in a nice yard

Charm, simplicity, comfort, in 20 m2 of independence. For globetrotters: coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, griddle, fridge, dishes. No stove or oven. Small wooden terrace overlooking the garden. And the silence. In the quiet of a village, with fields, bike path, forest, sandy beach, sunsets all nearby... We are 5 minutes from the great beaches of Oléron and have nearby on Le Château: a small pleasant beach at high tide, as well as a supervised body of water.
