The apartment is renovated, has new A/C (cold & warm), well equipped and decorated in a charming French style.

Au cœur du quartier touristique dans le vieux Nice superbe studio rénové à neuf,climatisé. Salle de bain douche à l'italienne, cuisine très bien équipée, coin salon avec TV, coin nuit avec lit face à une télé et une cheminée. L'appartement est bien insonorisé, au cœur d'une zone piétonne, proche des plages, du Cours Saleya ,du marché aux fleurs .Très au calme tout en étant au cœur de l'animation et de la vie niçoise avec ses restaurants, boutiques, spécialités niçoises. Le tram est à 2 minutes.

Charming 17:th century apartment in the old town.

A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

Beautiful flat in an amazing location, perfect area spot at Nice! Carré d'or - directly on Place Massena, 200 meters from the famous Nice front sea beach - la promenade des anglais, pretty 2P A/C mezzanine, very comfortable, ideal for a couple, very quiet (sunny small balcony on closed interior courtyard), public car parks, tram, pedestrian street, everything is within walking distance, beach, bars, restaurants, shops, Galeries Lafayette, Nice Etoile, Matisse Museum, old Nice !
