I try to do my best to make my guests feel home and get in touch with our local sights, beer and culture. You'll have a kingsize bed for 2 persons (180cm x 230cm), one queensize bed (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons and one more floor mattress (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons to sleep. There are bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. The balcony is perfect for relaxing.

Free parking is available. Just a few minutes away, you will find beautiful nature and a bathing lake!

Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
