Located in the south of Munich near Westpark, 3 beautiful, quiet and bright rooms await you. They are located on the 2nd floor of a tasteful city villa with large garden. There is a shower and toilet on the 1st floor. A 2nd toilet is located on the ground floor. The kitchen is on the ground floor as well as the living room with TV and access to the terrace to the garden. Free parking is available in front of the house. Subway can be reached in about 9 minutes on foot. A feel-good place. Only the rooms described are offered, all others are not.

This large and stylishly modernized country house villa is perfect for families and friends with plenty of space to eat, relax and sleep. It is located within walking distance of the beach, has a 100 square meter dining/living area with heated wooden floor and fireplace, a library / study and a sauna. From the 3 terraces and from the house there is plenty of sun all around and with a southwest orientation. Not a very quiet location, as it is close to the main road (soundproofing windows available)

The old family home of our great grandparents offers plenty of space for groups of up to 11 guests who want to spend time together in one house. Six bedrooms, two living rooms, kitchen and dining room, 2 terraces and the large garden spread out over 3 stories. Located right next to the subway stop, you reach Marienplatz in 6 minutes, the Allianz Arena in 12 and the Oktoberfest in 15 minutes By foot it's just a couple of minutes walk to the Englischer Garten.

Bright designer house (250 m2) close to the city centre. The house has a large open living room and kitchen, two terraces and a quiet garden. It's location is within 5 minutes to the S-Bahn and 15 minutes to the Oktoberfest and central station (by train).Furthermore, the Nymphenburg Palace is within walking distance. We rent our beautiful DESIGN HOUSE in Dießen am Ammersee. The house, which was extensively renovated in 2016 and very lovingly with many original design classics (e. Vitra, Knoll, Moormann, Artemide, Fermob, etc.) and the beautiful garden are at your disposal. It is located in a rural lakeside location, sunny in a large idyllic garden with old trees, which borders a pasture with a stream and chapel to the south. Hiking trails are right outside the door.

Plenty of space for families and friends. Beautifully located between Wörthsee and Ammersee. Munich can be reached by public transport. Lake is close by. Two large terraces. Outdoor fireplace. Beautiful, cozy tiled stove. Zip line. Lake is close by. It is a paradise for the young and old. Free charging station for electric cars. Also a modern gas grill with gas. The jogging route around the lake is fantastic and is about 11 km.
