Island idyll with proximity to everything!

Our nice old family cottage is perfectly located on Öland about 5 km from the bridge fortress in the middle of the small village of Algutsrum with lots of Öland's wonderful nature around the corner. The house is charming and fresh has a large lovely garden to hang out, barbecue and play in. nearby there is a playground. The farm shop Stenladan, with local vegetables, delicacies and ice cream, etc. is a short walk away. Arontorps body cakes such as Öland body cakes, the right of the day and other little things and good, you will find 10 minutes by car.

Villa in central Borgholm! Close to beach & square.

Here you will have access to a villa with garden located in central Borgholm. The villa is located in a quiet residential area, only 7 minutes walk to the city square. Large spacious kitchen and living room on one floor. A large bedroom with 180 cm bed and spacious wardrobes. Bathroom with double sink and shower. As well as a lovely patio with a unique view of Borgholm Castle. The garden is fully protected. In the basement there is a bedroom with 180 cm bed and sauna/hot tub, toilet, shower, recreation room/pub.

The Stonecutter's Farm

Välkommen till ett inbjudande, avslappnat semesterboende av högsta klass - men med en stor respekt för gårdens historia och bevarande av den tidstypiska känslan från 1800-talet. Här hittar vi verkligen lugnet. Utsikten är vidsträckt och solnedgångarna här är magiska. Sommartid hänger vi helst vid poolen, läser i skuggan, simmar några längder, cyklar till havet och längst med den unika stenkusten. Vintertid kurar vi framför kaminen, dricker kaffe, läser böcker och myser i pyjamas hela dagen.

Torp in rural idyll

Newly renovated house with clean natural materials in traditional style. Torpet is connected to a larger house that has been a farmhouse, along an archipelago city street. The area is rural and peaceful, and a large and lovely garden with a lot of opportunities to stay outdoors. 300 m away there is a small hotel with restaurant. There are several beaches in the area, the closest 2km away. Cute chickens are on the farm, and opportunity to buy fresh eggs. The place is a little paradise.

Historic gem in the middle of Öland

Peace and privacy in Norra Bäck, about 3 km from the eastern coastal road. In the centre of Öland, only 20 minutes from the Öland Bridge. Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. Now we rent out so that more people can enjoy this fantastic place. Large lush garden and courtyard and free access to the meadow next to the farm. A real time travel with historical details! Welcome back in time!

Just 20 minutes from the Öland Bridge is this surrounding farmhouse dating back to the 18th century. Here you live in the white/green house with 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. You have access to barbecue and dining area. The sea glimpses 1.5 km east of the farm and lovely, child-friendly Bjärbybadet sandy beach just 2.5 km away. To Borgholm it is 23 km and Kalmar 35 km. Bedlinen and towels are included. Please clean before you leave.

Close to the sea holiday home.

Fresh newly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming jetty. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all advisories. The outdoor setting will be updated afterwards with patios and so on. At the pier there is also a small rowing boat if you want to take a little trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? Warm welcome.
