Newly renovated cottage close to beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on a large plot with a very private location close to Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered terrace with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with a dining group, lounge group, sun loungers and a hot tub (hot tub) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 5 sleeping places (sofa bed). There is a crib as well as a high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is washing machine in the bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included as well as final cleaning.

Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with a bunk bed, as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. Note, there is no washing machine. The guest guest will bring their own linens and towels. Access to the hot bath (39 degrees) all year round with circulation for cleaning. A rowing boat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free! Attention, not for partying groups!

In the courtyard there is a shared sun deck with pool and Jacuzzi. From the apartment it is 100 meters to the nice beach. To the apartment belongs to a glazed outdoor space and a patio. You have walking and biking distance to Borgholm. Free parking is included. Note: During low season (1 September-30 April), poll and jacuzzi cannot be used.

You get a large terrace facing south with barbecue and dining area / sofa group under roof. Large bathroom with jacuzzi invites to relaxing moments or swimming games for the children. 10 min bike path to the city and beach. Close to bus, grocery store, playground and Ölandsbron.

Spacious old house by the river Emåns beach with a large garden. There is a trampoline for children, a barbecue area next to the cozy terrace and an illuminated hot tub that you can heat yourself. Wood for the heating is available on the site (100 Sec/Basket). Bring the kayak or sub and paddle on the quiet tributary! Try to fish! Or calm down in the garden! Visit Älgparken in Målilla, Målillas Speedway arena (5 minutes) or Astrid Lindgren's world in Vimmerby (30 minutes)
