A newly built Attefall house with sleeping loft, spacious tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and shower, well-equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave/convection oven. Wi-Fi Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 150/set. Quietly located, close to the center of Mörbylånga, with ICA, restaurants, café, bike rental and swimming area within walking distance. Exercise track with outdoor gym. Nearby we have the alvar with several hiking trails, the world heritage Södra Ölands Odlingslandskap and Ottenby with the Fågelstation and the lighthouse Långe Jan. Pet-free and smoke-free.

Here you live in a quiet area with lots of playgrounds for children. Free parking for 2 cars. The property is set over 2 levels. Bedrooms upstairs. Patio at the back with evening sun. Kitchen with 6 seats. Laundry room with washing machine and drying racks in the house that can be used if necessary. Only 7.5 kilometers to Kalmar city center. More swimming areas within about 6-10 kilometers. Convenience store & pizzeria within 1 kilometer. The Nordic region's largest Dinosaur Park is only 2 kilometers away. Newly renovated guest house for rent

Small and cozy cottage located in the countryside in a village dating back to the 14th century. You have the Ostkustleden trail right outside the door and several opportunities for both hiking and biking in the area, both Mtb and country road. There are also several swimming-friendly lakes nearby. Astrid Lindgren's world, Vimmerby and moose parks are less than an hour away by car. Other sights are the island Blå virgin, Stensjöby and only 20 minutes to the ferry towards Gotland/Öland. Kalmar Castle and Västervik's nice environment is an hour away.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Here you can hear the birds chirping and see the deer grazing in the garden. Terrace with pergola and sun deck directly adjacent to the kitchen/living room where you can enjoy all the day's meals. By bike, you can reach the sea in five minutes. Most likely, you won't meet any cars on the way there. In the kitchen, there is everything needed to cook all kinds of meals. All beds are fresh and comfortable. Completed in the spring of 2023. 108 sqm.

Relax with the whole family in our peaceful space. A home overlooking open countryside and rural views, a stone's throw from the sea. In the small garden there is a furnished playhouse and a sandbox and the accommodation includes a smaller boat that can be rowed or put in your own stern for excursions on the water. Swimming is within walking distance, swimming jetty 700 meters or the beach 850 meters and two plots away there is a smaller outdoor gym.

A cottage with unobstructed views of the beautiful Alvaret with its endless hiking opportunities. A beautiful place all year round. The cottage is located on the southwestern side of Öland in the village of Kastlösa. In 10 minutes' drive, there is Mörbylånga with a grocery store and restaurants. To the south, there are excursion destinations such as Ottenby and Ekeborgstorp. Beaches and the sea are only a few kilometers away.
