Bring friends or the whole family to this beautiful and charming place. Here you will find a great swimming beach just below the house. It is 3-400 meters to another beach with playground equipment, volleyball court etc. There are great hiking opportunities on the island to Skaga lighthouse or to the many beaches on the island. It is 15 min. to drive to Stø with Hvalsafari, 15 min. to Myre where you will find a good selection of shops (sports , clothing stores, liquor store, 4 grocery st.etc.).

Grandma's house from the 50s with sea view

Welcome to Farmorhuset in Nykvåg, in the middle of beautiful Vesterålen. The house was built in 1954 and combines nostalgic 50s style with today's amenities for a comfortable stay. I have inherited this house from my father, who in turn inherited it from his mother, and it has therefore been important for me to preserve the soul and history of the house. Farmorhuset has three bedrooms with a total of four beds, which makes the house perfect for both small families and groups of friends.

The house is fully equipped and is located in the middle of Steinlandsfjorden at the foot of Langøya's highest mountain, Snykolla. In the fjord outside the house there are opportunities for good fishing from the jetty. The house is located close to the popular tourist destination Dronningruta and the fishing village Nyksund. It is also a good location as a base for exploring both Lofoten, Bø, Hadsel and Andøya.

Welcome to our cabin at Smines in Vesterålen! Only 25 min away from Sortland and 15 min to the nearest grocery store in Eidfjorden. Idyllic sheltered cabin by the lake with its own floating jetty and rowboat. All fishing gear and life jackets are on site! Boat will not be available from October-April! Enjoy the beautiful nature Vesterålen has to offer with many hiking opportunities in the area, and dancing northern lights in autumn/winter. Also observed a pod of porpoises in the sea 🐬

In this modern residence, you can seek peace and relax in a beautiful landscape. It is located rurally at the end of Eidsfjorden in Vesterålen, about 15 km from the center of Sortland. Suitable as a starting point for trips to Øksnes, Andøya, Hadsel and Lofoten. There are also great hiking/summit ski areas right outside the house. The area is rich in sea eagles and there is a high probability that you will be able to spot one. You can also rent a boat for fishing in the fjord.

Really good opportunities for nature walking, fishing and so on, or if you just want to enjoy your cup of coffee while sitting by the sea a few meters from the house. 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and livingroom in the first floor. TV-room, toilet and room with washmachine/ dryer in the basement. Wifi installed. We have a kayak, bicycle and a small boat with oars that can be used by the house's guests.
