Villa Roza is situated on south west side of island Ciovo (connected by bridge to Trogir) in a peaceful location in beautiful area of town. Surrounded by a green forest, and away from the traffic and noise, just 200m away from the beach (pine forest, stone or pebble),restaurant and coffee shop. and about 800m away from the center of Trogir (under protection of UNESCO). This apartment can suit max 6 adults. Nerium Penthouse

Between the beautiful Renaissance and Baroque palaces in the heart of Trogir, lies our apartment. It's infused with modern touches while remaining true to it's heritage, and centuries old features. It is situated on the second floor of the old townhouse. The main gate and courtyard are the entrance to the old townhouse complex, with the old stone staircase leading to the first floor and the entrance of the Penthouse. Another flight of steep narrow stairs leads to the second floor, and attic.

A spacious terrace overlooking the sea includes comfortable seating with gray cushions and a wooden table. A decorative potted plant adds a touch of greenery. Refreshing beverages and fruit are arranged on the table, complementing the serene water views.

Neighborhood is quiet, only 1 minute from the main beach, bakery, beach bars and restaurant, 2 minutes from the supermarket, 5 minutes with car or 10 minutes with ferry from the UNESCO protected town of Trogir.
