The room is located on the 4th floor of a reinforced concrete apartment building. There is parking for one car. You can also use it for long-term stays for business, etc. Group guests are limited to 4 people. If you are staying with your family, we can accommodate up to 5 people. Please ask me. Please be mindful of not having loud conversations or making vibrations late at night. We receive guests and hand over the keys in person. To make your reception smoother, we'll create a guest list in advance I will take it. Once you've booked, please send us your name, address, and occupation by the day before check-in. This newly renovated house is located in between Chubu airport and the Nagoya area. The closest station is Obu station and it only takes seven minutes to get there on foot. You have an an easy access to Nagoya city, IKEA, Nagashima Spa land, LEGO land, and so much more! Also it is approximately 45 minutes away from the Nagoya Centrair Airport if you take the highway. There is one parking spot provided. *IMPORTANT* If your nationality is not Japanese, you must bring your Zairyu card or Passport.
