It is easy to go towards Nagano. Mt. Nagamine, abandoned lines, Daio wasabi, swaths, etc. are close by. Please enjoy Azumino sightseeing There is a "Maekawa" flowing right in front of you, such as canoeing, rafting, sap, etc. There is a "Longmenbuchi Canoe Stadium" and you can walk there, so it is also a great place to practice. Old Meisho Town is a local town, not a downtown area. The neighborhood is not downtown, so there is nothing. I would like you to stay like a local in a historic town in the mountains, so basically I hope you can book from 2 nights. Located in the town next to Narai-juku, Nakasendo's post town, a historic town that has flourished as a region for lacquerware from the Edo period. It was selected as an Important Preservation District for Groups of Traditional Buildings, and was built in 1931 in this town, where lacquerware shops are still lined up. Limited to one group per day without meals, you can use the entire house. I think the charm of Hirasawa is the unforgettable beauty and abundance. It would be nice if you could stay like living in this old town, such as reading, walking, local sake (sake, wine), and sleeping slowly. There are no screen doors in an old house in the valley of the mountains, so natural creatures may come in during the warmer months. The 93-year-old building is not polished in detail. From 7/25 to 8/24 (excluding August 15), fireworks rise at Lake Suwa for 10 minutes from 20:30 every day. You can see fireworks from inside the building. [September only] Every Saturday, you can enjoy the fireworks at🎆 Lake Suwa. From the second floor of the inn, you can enjoy the fireworks at your leisure.To match this special experience, Saturdays in September will have a special rate. It's a distance from the ⚠️station, and the number of buses. By car or taxi as it is limited I will recommend access.There are no supermarkets, convenience stores, or restaurants around. Good access to Shimosuwa Station! We renovated an 80-year-old Japanese house into a traditional and clean space. (New open in 2023!) You can spend a comfortable time by renting the entire building. Recommended for families, couples and small groups. This area is rich in history and nature. Suwa Taisha Shrine, hot springs, Nakasendo. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.
