Idyllic little house in the center

You're on your own, but close to everything when you stay in this atmospheric Tiny House. There is a passage from the street through a small terrace inside the house. The apartment has a small dining area and kitchen, a bathroom, and a separate living room. The bed is a 140cm wide double bed. In addition, a sofa bed (70/140 *200 cm) must be spread out. When asked, the mattress will be arranged for the fifth. The apartment has underfloor heating and the air source heat pump cools in the summer heat. The convenience store is almost around the corner and the market square is about 250m.

Renovated and furnished with high-quality new furniture (2025) and equipment, this apartment with a sauna is located in the heart of Kokkola. The apartment has its own cooling (air conditioning). Glazed balcony and plug-in car parking space next to the front door. Barrier-free access. Top floor of the elevator house (3 bedrooms + kitchen + bathroom + sauna). Adjustable mood lighting in all rooms. Nearby you will find Kokkola's nightlife and restaurants as well as Suntinvarre's exercise opportunities. Despite its central location, the place is peaceful.

Tidy up your trailer in the courtyard of a single-family courtyard with a quiet countryside and near the sea. Mailed wagon so that your phone/computer can be fully charged, gas stove, refrigerator, and heating. The door to the wagon is open and inside the key. Secluded courtyard area available for use. When the host is in the house, there's a shower and a washer. Close to great natural attractions including the nature trail that goes 50 meters away and the village of Nights 6,3 km away, some of Finland's most popular nature trails.

A one-bedroom apartment with a sauna in a maritime area near Kokkola Sea Park. A clean, peaceful apartment on the 1st floor. Close to skate, outdoor and jogging areas, ski trails in the winter, four summer restaurants, and a small boat harbor and a marine park with a sandy beach. Approximately 2 km to the city. Glazed balcony, including swimming pool, ice rink, demolition track, and off-road trails nearby. A cruise ship to the lighthouse island from the harbor. Note: No direct sea view from the apartment.

Welcome to the Sea in Öja, approx 15 km from Kokkola city! In this wonderful and calm environment, you will especially love the Sauna - enjoying the amazing view over the sea! Built in 2022/23. Unfortunately there is no access to water in winter time. But if you like winter swimming, we´ll keep the ice open to take a dip in the Sea. A sofa bed for 2 pers and a small loft for 2 kids is available. Floor heating, a cosy stove, all cooking possibilites and WIFI is for your convenience.

Peaceful studio in the center

Enjoy the ease of life in this peaceful, centrally located home. Market, cafes, restaurants and shops within 200 meters. To the railway station 500 meters and to the bus station 800 meters. However, a very quiet apartment with a park view. The apartment is renovated, the furniture is new, and the materials are of high quality. We live and work downtown, so help is close by if you need it. Free parking is within close proximity.
