Het Voorhuis van onze rijksmonumentale boerderij is gerenoveerd tot een volledig luxe suite met eigen voorzieningen. De originele details, zoals de hoge plafonds, de bedstee wanden en zelfs een originele bedstee waar je in kan slapen, zijn behouden. Maar liefst 65m2 met een eigen keuken, ruime woonkamer en aparte slaapkamer met vrijstaand bad. Toilet en ruime inloopdouche. Met de optie om, met aanvullende kosten, gebruik te maken van de hottub, sauna en buitendouche kom je heerlijk tot rust.

Bijzondere B&B "Het Zevende Leven".

Welkom in ons oude boerenhuis, waarvan een gedeelte van de voormalige stal omgetoverd is tot een sfeervolle B&B. Bijzonder ingericht met veel kunst aan de muur en een goedgevulde boekenkast. U heeft een eigen ingang met gezellige woonkamer, slaapkamer en eigen douche/toilet. Er is televisie, met Netflix en You Tube. EEN UITGEBREID ONTBIJT IS INBEGREPEN. Het b en b bevindt zich separaat en afgesloten van het hoofdgebouw. Eigen ingang, eigen slaapkamer en eigen badkamer. Er is één b en b ruimte.

De woning waar vroeger de boer met zijn gezin woonde is omgebouwd tot een comfortabel appartement met beneden een ruime living en open keuken, met uitzicht over de weilanden en het terpkerkje van Wanswert. Het appartement is in persoonlijke stijl en compleet ingericht. Waar mogelijk hebben wij tweede kans meubels gebruikt. Samen met de piano en comfortabele houtkachel ontstaat een fijn woonklimaat. Leeuwarden is 'by far' the prettiest city of the Netherlands! And it's only a 3 minutes walk to the city center. This 100 year old, cute house is located in the peaceful and quiet Vossenparkwijk. The 2 city parks Prinsentuin and Vossenpark are around the corner and you can almost see the famous Tower of the Oldenhove from the garden. Relax in the backyard with a cup of tea or go out for dinner in one of the very good restaurants in the city! Enjoy!

The Carriage House near Leeuwarden

Rural location on the Elfsteden route, on the edge of the Leeuwarder forest we rent out our "6 person coach house". The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south. Do you want to stay in a quiet environment where nature plays the main role then this apartment is for you. We, Ate and Gerda are owners since 2016 and have made our farm in Jelsum completely sustainable.
