Coin-operated washer and dryer are shared with other units. The Strand is an Oceanside attraction with parks, beach access, bonfires, swing sets, and food stands. Downtown Oceanside is less than a mile away from the house and is surrounded by great restaurants and events. Every Thursday there is a farmer's market and night market with food and live music downtown. Oceanside is close to lots... ~35 min drive to San Diego, The Zoo, Sea World, Mission Bay, Balboa Park, UCSD, San Diego Airport ~50 min drive to the international border ~50 min drive to Disneyland ~90 min drive to Los Angeles and Hollywood The bungalow is located within walking distance from the Oceanside train station. We have a fully equipped kitchen to make a beautiful meal or BBQ down near the pool, even order take out from one of the many highly rated restaurants near by for a picnic.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a sound sensitive neighbor, please no running/loud noises on first floor.

It has easy access to both the 5 freeway and highway 78. The Coaster train station is also nearby which provides transportation to areas from Oceanside to San Diego and much more.

The condo is a garden view one bedroom with a king bed and a queen Murphy bed in the main area, fully equipped including free Wi-fi, beach chairs & toys . Centrally located with Downtown and the Harbor within walking distance. The beach is a 2 minute walk through the resort.
