Completely renovated, this modern loft is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room with fireplace and overlooks a large private terrace that is enclosed and not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and brazier We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

Peaceful covered terrace with private hot tub at each cottage (not allowed for young children) Ideal for 4 people or a couple Pleasant view, very quiet location. Many possible activities: canoeing, Gabares rides on the Dordogne, castles, villages, caves, museums, restaurants, flea markets... etc.

A sauna with wood stove is available (not adjoining), at any time, for a relaxing moment. 8 km from Aspet, where there are shops, restaurants, cafes, market twice a week, ... Numerous hiking trails, paragliding, equestrian center, mountain biking, skiing, snowshoeing, caving, climbing, ...
