Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

NeboKraj Terassa,6 min walk by stairs to the beach

Nebokraj Terassa occupies the second floor of an old house that will surprise you with its style and comfort. All rooms are air-conditioned. Our Terrace is a place with a luxurious sea view. Two bathrooms have beautiful decor, showers and a large area, there is a washing machine. 2 bedrooms are filled with light and decorated with designer furniture. Textiles are high-quality satin. The kitchen is equipped with modern kitchen utensils and a powerful coffee machine, there is a dishwasher, a powerful coffee machine and an oven.

Notre appartement est idéalement situé à 1,5 km de la plage de Mošćenička Draga, un pittoresque village de pêcheurs et à proximité de nombreux sentiers de randonnée. En entrant dans Mošćenička Draga, après le restaurant Al Ponte et avant le rond point, tournez à droite. Environ dans 500 m, près de la chapelle, tourner à gauche. Studio apartment in old town Mošćenice

Our studio apartment is located in the old medieval town of Mošćenice. The apartment is cosy and modernly decorated. It has 32m2. On the lower floor is the bedroom and bathroom and on the upper floor is the kitchen with living room. In front of the apartment there is a small green area ideal for coffee or a glass of wine. The beautiful pebble beach can be reached by stairs through the forest. The town is very quiet and peaceful. It is surrounded by nature and is ideal for escape from stress.

The Terrace

This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

New apartment "Katrina" (4+2 people) is located in Mošćenička Draga, at the entrance of the natural park of Monte Maggiore. Surrounded by greenery, with sea views, in the quietest area of the country, from where you can leave directly for beautiful hikes on foot or by mountain bike, along the trails, suitable even for the little ones, from where you can admire both the hills and the sea. In 3 minutes (by car) you can reach one of the most beautiful beaches of the Adriatic Sea.

Town of Opatija is 10 minutes drive away, and city of Rijeka 30 minutes. Free of charge parking space around the building. Big choice of restaurants and beaches nearby. Everything needed for a pleasant stay is just a few steps away, including grocery store, local caffe etc.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Our property, Patrician's House, built in stone at the end of the 17th century. Originally Patrician's House. The house is full of historical features. It includes two apartments on the 1st floor, classic style. It also has a large communal space on the ground floor with a fireplace, and a beautiful courtyard, an oasis of serenity and relaxation.
