Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

Cozy cottage retreat - Zhorec by Bezdruzice

The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

Welcome to the workshop. A former railway building, reimagined. This boutique loft, featuring a modern design and curated art, is a place to unwind and feel at home, with space for 2–6 people. It's the perfect base for activities such as hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and skiing. Enjoy the Drachensee for swimming and the golf course with breathtaking views. Excursion destinations such as the batwish, wild garden and rock slopes are in the immediate vicinity.

Welcome to our family-run holiday home, Luxury Chalet Lore, in the officially recognized resort of Fuchsmühl in the Fichtel Mountains (Bavaria). Leave your everyday life behind and enjoy the pleasant tranquility, the scent of wood, the soft light, and the crackling fireplace. Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

Our tiny house is located on a corner of our small farm. Set in an idyllic location, it allows you to unwind. There is space for four people (possibly 5 with children; just ask us), a kitchen (electric stove, oven, Nespresso machine), and a bathroom. The apartment is on the first floor of a historic and listed building from 1815. The courtyard invites you to relax and barbecue (gas grill available).

The Zetzl guest house was once a customs house on the ancient trade route from Nuremberg to Prague. Today, Pfrentsch is quietly and idyllically situated in a charming landscape - ideal for strolling, walking, hiking and cycling.

A house with history - Built in 1860 as a Royal Forestry Office building in Mähring, it was restored in several thousand working hours. Enjoy the wonderfully idyllic area as a starting point for excursions to Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Mariánské Lázně, Karlovy Vary, Eger, Waldsassen and many other attractive destinations in the area.
