City, forest & river. Quiet, right in the forest and on the river as well as right in the city. Beautiful apartment with its own large (south) terrace and wellness area with sauna. Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). By car in about 5 minutes. We live with our children in the house. We are happy to help with questions, tips and a chat.

Bright apartment in a very good location

The in-law is directly with us in the detached house and has its own entrance. It's bright and very charming due to the oiled wooden floor. If you are as happy to see a view of the garden, the cat's creeping around and the cackling of 3 chickens as much as we are, then you have come to the right place. There is hardly any traffic on the private road. The famous Villa Franck is located just behind the house. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk away.
