If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and still be in Bautzen quickly, you've come to the right place. The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. Large, lovingly renovated farmhouse with sauna

The large Umgebindehaus of cloth merchant C. W. Henke sits in the heart of Upper Lusatia. Built in 1831 and carefully restored, it blends historic character with modern comfort: original doors, windows and floorboards, Meissen tiled stoves, linseed‑oil paints and 1930s wallpapers. With 260 m², it offers space for up to 11 guests, a big dining table, plenty of toys and a fully equipped kitchen. Depending on the season, the wild garden, the terrace or the vaulted sauna invite you to relax.

Haflinger Stall - Vierseithof Diehmen

The former Haflinger stable was converted into a holiday home by 2022. It offers an innovative living concept for lovers of special architecture. Great importance was attached to sustainability and regional building materials during construction. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors, bright large rooms and exciting furnishings make the house something very special. In the morning you can have breakfast on the terrace, which offers a magnificent view of the Obersitz mountains.

In a listed customs office, you have an entire floor to yourself. The apartment is completely modernly furnished, but still has the charm of the previous use as a guest floor for the customs officers working there. There is a cozy living room with a large TV, a spacious kitchen with a large dining table, 3 showers and three separate toilets. You can split up into 5 bedrooms. There is something for everyone, whether single or double room, with or without a workplace.

Gutshof Doberschau - Granary

The granary is located in the attic of the manor house built in 1794. The farm is protected under historic preservation and has been renovated from an ecological point of view. Sustainability is important to us - among other things, electricity and heat come from 100% renewable energies. The apartment is plastered with lime and clay according to the old model. Furthermore, wood and very good insulation contribute to a pleasant living environment all year round.

The apartment in Bautzen is located on the first floor of the house. Away from the noise and crowded tourist spots, you can unwind wonderfully here. Enjoy time in the private courtyard overlooking Bautzen Cathedral.

We offer our large apartment in the former manor in Gleina on the edge of the biosphere reserve "Oberlausitzer Heide- und Pichlandschaft".
