This newly and stylishly renovated, fully furnished and equipped flat (30 sqm) on the 2nd floor is located in a very prestigious Art Nouveau building in a popular and exclusive residential area in Munich's Lehel district, directly opposite the Isar river and in the immediate vicinity of the English Garden. The flat is very bright and sunny thanks to the high rooms and large mullioned windows. It has beautiful herringbone parquet flooring, the bathroom is tiled.

A modern bedroom is arranged with a spacious bed and a minimalist desk area. Natural light enters through two windows with horizontal blinds, complementing the light-colored walls. A wall-mounted TV and additional amenities are situated on the desk for convenience.
