The bedroom is equipped with a king-size box spring bed and in the living/dining area there is a sofa bed (1.20 m x 2.0 m). The house was newly built and is located on the edge of a small forest. The fun park can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, supermarkets can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
